I bought a $1 microphone from the dollar store before buying the Labtec microphone, since I was partially hoping that because the labtec one was more expensive the quality would be better, and I could use the $1 one in the meantime.

The labtec one came, and after doing thorough tests, the $1 microphone ended up being better both for 1) speech recognition 2) sound recording. The labtec microphone created a lot of background noise, which I tried to remove using Audacity, but it still sucked. Whereas the $1 microphone still had background noise, but it could be removed completely.

I'm very disappointed in this product, and would not recommend anyone buy it unless they were ok with background noise and regularly use for talking over the internet (which I have not tried, but could work).

I gave this one star bcs it does NOT charge your unit, as one would expect. This cradle is just a display holder.
To charge your unit, there are four ways:
1. Buy a charging cradle, which is an extra cost (no universal one to fit several PDAs, just one for the 1910, according to hp tech support; I couldn't get an answer as to whether an other hp PDA would also fit the 1910 but I think I read this somewhere on a customer review site). This is the most expensive option.
2. Use the sync cable. Run it btw the USB port on your desktop and the USB port on the unit, hooking tog. as tho you are going to sync. This is the easiest option.
3. Get your cell phone A/C adaptor. Plug into the wall. Plug the male part of the A/C adaptor into hp's 1910 adaptor and plug the other end of hp's 1910 adaptor into the USB of your desktop. This requires purchase of the 1910 adaptor. Amazon has it for $.... $... elsewhere.
4. Buy a 2nd battery.
Some people buy two charging cradles (one for home, one for work) and others just carry around the sync cable.
mb

I bought this for my daughter to use with her new notebook computer and she was very happy with the style, features, and the compact size. I was glad to find it priced so well. Belkin has always had a good reputation, so I did not hesitate to choose theirs over the other higher priced ones.

The Inspiron 14 is available at Accent Micro outlets at SM Malls. Better check with them if the 14z is available.http://www.cgena.com/4767-det/Check-Pric…

I would suggest you dont buy the inspiron 14z because it doesn't have the option for a dedicated graphics card and blu ray. (incase you want to upgrade in the future). But if your not into gaming or blu ray and are just going to use it for day to day computing get the 14z.
A good inspiron 14 will cost like $700 u.s ..i dont know how much that is in philipinno. and 14z should get a tad bit more expensive because of the slim factor
